the Paradiski cable-car opened, linking Les Arcs with La Plagne to form one of
the largest ski areas in the world (over 425km of piste skiing!). Les Arcs is
made up of four villages - Arc 1600, Arc 1800, Arc 1950 and Arc 2000. Arc 1800
is the largest village with a lively atmosphere and excellent access to skiing.
